The list of services below is designed as a guide to what I can offer clients. My intent is to work closely with clients to create a plan that meets your individual business needs.
Account Management
I will email invoices to clients that owe you money. Based on your terms (i.e. 7, 21, 30, 60 days) I will follow up with your client if/when the invoice is not paid on time. I will contact your clients via phone or email (whichever is appropriate) to confirm appointments and sessions; reschedule appointment times with them; remind them about and/or request payments.
Proofreading for
Spelling & Grammar
I will proofread up to ten (10) documents per month including newsletters, blogs, promotional pieces, client letters and other business related correspondence. I will look for and correct any incorrect spelling, grammar, punctuation, or mis-use of words.
Proofreading for Content
I will proofread up to five (5) documents per month including newsletters, blogs, promotional pieces, client letters and other business related correspondence. I will look at the content to see if it’s grammatically correct, if it makes sense, if it gets YOUR point across. I will also offer alternate content if necessary.
Writing for Business
I will consult with you and then use YOUR ideas, to write up to three (3) documents per month including newsletters, blogs, promotional pieces, client letters and other business related correspondence.
Social Media Management
I will post your images and write content if warranted for your Facebook and Instagram accounts as well as any other necessary social media platforms. You will determine the frequency of posting not to exceed 5 days per week.
Keeping You On Track
I will maintain important dates and deadlines for your business such as when you want to send out promotional materials, holiday cards to your clients, seminars/workshops you want to attend etc. I will make sure that I remind you of these within a reasonable advance notice.
Connecting You with
2nd Shooters & Assistants
If you are shooting in another city, or have a last minute shoot come up in your own city, I will use my network of photographers to connect you with potential 2nd shooters and/or assistants. My role is to provide you name, contact information and my personal opinion of the potential 2nd shooter/assistant. You will make the final decision as to whether to book him/her, or not.
Assisting You with Pricing
Whether you are just starting out or restructuring your pricing, I will assist you with steps to take to come up with pricing that makes sense for your business. (i.e. understanding profit margin, lab costs, time invested for retouching etc.).
Stock & Contest Submissions
I will edit and/or select your images up to two (2) times per month for submission to stock companies or photo contests.
Research for Your Business
I will spend the time researching printing labs, retouchers, associations, designers, equipment rental, props for photo shoots etc. and provide you with name, location, website address and contact information. I will also provide you with price comparisons whenever possible.
